Procedure

This is an intense therapy so your therapist will begin by working gradually to the right  penetration level to resolve the issues that are causing your pain. These issues include trigger points, adhesions, hyper contracted muscles and much more. Since this therapy can be very intense, you will need to interact with your therapist as they apply the protocols.

Your pain threshold is that point where the pressure being applied causes pain that is almost intolerable. This is a different point with each person so only you can determine where your pain threshold is. BodyZones Intensive Neuromuscular Therapy is applied by finding your pain threshold and then maintaining that pressure throughout the session. This therapy will relieve pain, reduce stress and correct neuromuscular and musculoskeletal dysfunction due to injury or stress. Since it is intense you may suffer from some  post therapy discomfort similar to the tired, stiff achy feeling that you get following exercise or a hard days work. Follow all post therapy instructions.
