| While walk-ins are welcome, you may experience a long wait or find that the therapist you want is not available. It is best to schedule an appointment. It is expected that scheduled appointments will be kept. If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment please provide us 24 hrs. notice so someone else can be seen. Except in emergency cases, a missed appointment fee equal to $10 per 15 minutes of scheduled time will be charged for all missed appointments where 24hr notice was not given. |
