Our Facility is located at 6028 Bennett Road. Off of University BLVD., South about 6 blocks South of Memorial Hospital.

    From Beach Boulevard turn toward Memorial Hospital and proceed past the hospital until you see Bennett Road on the left. Turn left on Bennett Road and we are in the second building on the right.

     From Phillips Highway or I-95 turn toward Memorial Hospital and proceed until you see Bennett Road on the right. Turn right on Bennett Road and we are in the second building on the right.

We will make every attempt to schedule your appointment at a time that is convenient for you. Please understand that all appointments are first come first serve so please try to schedule as far in advance as possible.

You can schedule your appointment with a particular therapist or with whomever is available. If the therapist of your choice becomes unavailable we will notify you so you can decide whether to keep the appointment with another therapist or reschedule when your favorite therapist returns.

There are three ways to schedule, change or cancel an appointment. You can use the office line, the internet or your therapists cell phone. The website will not allow same day appointment activity, so please use another means to contact us for same day appointments. Use the below listed means to contact us.

Should you need to cancel an appointment please notify us on the day prior to the scheduled appointment. Except in emergency situations, a $35.00 fee may apply for cancellations without 24hr. notice.

Payment is expected at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made. Other arrangements include:

     Gift Certificates > Payment is do at the time the gift is purchased.

      Packages or Programs > Payment plans are offered for your     convenience.

      Insurance

We accept most forms of payment including cash, personal checks, credit cards and insurance payments. All purchases through this website are finalized through pay pal. A pay pal account is not required for these purchases.

Insurance Payments: Most health insurance companies now pay for massage therapy and all automobile policies do. So you pay only your normal co-pay or co-insurance and deductibles if any. If you're not sure about your policy's coverage you can call your carrier and ask if they will pay for treatment codes 97112, 97124 or 97140. Your insurance card should have a toll free number you can use. We will be glad to file the paperwork for you. You'll only have to pay any deductibles and co-pays required by your insurance company.
